Poor Customer Service

Drastically poor customer service. The bus does not have a good air conditioning, we had to ask the driver for air circulation in the bus as we were suffocating. Very hot inside, worse during this COVID period. No COVID regulations in place. Even worse now the bus broke down in Butterworth and we are still parking here
