poor customer service

I used inter cape from pretoria to durban, departing pretoria on 24th February 2015. Bus was wet everywhere and floor was slipery, so a few clients on board brought it to the attention of the driver, who said he never built the bus, wat do the clients expect him to do??? Upon seen the announcing lady, we decided to report the matter to her who also rudely said we must report to inter cape, made us feel like there are no inter cape staff on board with us.<br> Then pls improve your security system on the buses going thru to joburg or pretoria, we see a lot of ******** activities where some clients got no tickets yet they on the bus, wen I asked 1 lady she said she normaly pays half price to those gentlemen that check tickets hence no need to buy the ticket for the normal price. Will expect to hear from you, am very disappointed.
