Poor customer service

I heard a very bad experience with intercape bus services on Friday night i I drove 240km from Mtubatuba to Durban to book bus tickets for me and my colleagues from durban to Pretoria when I arrived at Durban station for bookings I meet a short guy Lite in complexion working the late shift I asked him can I please book a tickets for Monday bus going to Pretoria he then told me that I must come back the next day which is Saturday I told him that I travelled 240km to book this tickets I cannot go and come back the next where else I have arrived the answer that he gave me is that he is very busy I must go and book somewhere else if I cannot come back the next day what pains me so much is the level of customer service that I received from a five star and it was my first time getting such service from intercape today I am gonna travel with a company that I don't like because intercape bus services failed me poor customer service .
