Poor customer service

Intercape I am giving u one star because I am not happy with your service. Today I accompanied my sister to Pretoria Bosman to catch a bus .intercape bus as it was first time using a bus we had to ask your employees things we didn't understand guess wat Intercape I spoke with 5 of your employees and 4 of them either couldn't help or they will their own language that we didn't in understand and they don't even care whether we understand or not.but there was a gentleman by the name of Masiwakhe Mkhohli who saw that we are puzzled and he assisted us patiently so and showing that he is not irritated by us .yhooo if that is how your employees treat the customers.i will never ever in my entire life buy intercape bus tickets and even my sister I know he will never.your customer service aaai xem it's poor.
