Poor customer service

<p>On the 02/12/2016 I boarded the 9pm bus with my 2 kids. I had paid for my 2 year old and 4 year old. upon leaving the station, one of the drivers came to me and asked me to carry my 2 year old on my lap because there was 1 lady who did not have a seat. I told them that I had paid and he asked me ,So must we leave this lady behind or let her stand?". I had to carry my child because I had no choice, the lady had paid too, it was not fair for her. At first we squashed each other on the seats then I had to eventually carry the child because we were all uncomfortable. I could not sleep the whole time because I had a child on my lap. I want a refund of the money I paid because it was not my fault that you guys booked extra passengers. </p>
