Poor Business Ethics by Intercape Buses South Africa

I was to board a Sleepliner bus from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria on 2019/09/05 and instead were made to board a Mainliner bus because of a breakdown the company had of the Sleepliner. I reported the matter as per reference C108209 to Intercape and requested a discount since the price of the two buses can't be the same and got a response that i won't be receiving the discounted amount from a Megan Van Wyk of Intercape. This is unfair business practice to pay for something else and get a lesser quality of the same price.
