Poor and rude driver experience

After dropping our painter off at the Mossel bay departure point he called to say we had booked the bus for another day. My wife went back to collect him thinking we made a mistake. When she looked at the ticket it was for the correct day however by now the bus had departed. She was lucky enough to get to George before the bus departed again to drop him off. When she showed the bus driver the ticket he started shouting at her claiming this was a different ticket now! he continued to argue with her in a very unproffesional manner but she insisted that the painter board the bus which reluctantly the driver did.
