Poor and pathetic

On the same morning I booked double tickets on its sleep liner coach to Port Elizabeth, or at least within an hour after purchasing the tickets, they refused to give me a refund or at least a refund less 15percent as stated in the company terms of purchase. After numerous fruitless telephonic communication and mail I ended up paying double to arrive at my passed grandfather's funeral service this weekend as I had to pay for a lift club which left two days later. Poor poor service
