Poor

<p>Missed intercape sleepliner with 2min . In Pretoria station where I was suppose to departure from just drive past me. R719 loss of money when I phoned the help desk. They said there was nothing to do I need to go to Johannesburg or buy new ticket for the next day. Not even listen to me here were a protest and the taxi 's and protest people were spiteful and I could not drive threw them easily. This is unacceptable because the lady on phone could here the protesters. So very very very very sad. Losing money not even try to help. </p>
