Please buy watches and ull don't keep to times!

I booked a bus from Durban to jhb today from 7:30 to 16:10 arrived in jhb after 5pm. How can a bus possibly take almost 10 hours to get to jhb. The service is not great as this bus took back routes all over just to get to jhb, how about keeping to the times u state on tickets. I will never use this bus again, ur customer service is appaling. ****roaches inside not clean. Improve ur service because we book it since theirs no greyhound and ull really dropping the ball.. Disgusting!
