peoples lives on the line

1)The manager screams and shouts at customers, he don't want to hear the customer complaint. He makes customers look and feel stupid like he is the one paying for there bus fares. I was very disgusted also many customers I spoke to.<br> <br> 2)The busses are not serviced, most of times the bus stops because its over heating. <br> 3)Air conditioning not working, I almost died. How I felt its beyond words. <br> 4) The bus stopped for a long time because it run out of petrol, such a big company, really unheard of.<br>
