Pay back the money

I am sooo angry at this bus service. I cancelled a ticket on the 22 September and was told my money will be deposited back into my bank account on thursday. Until today i am still waiting for my money. I really do not know what to do with these people coz they make me soo angry. Today is the 18 October and its not in. Everytime we go and ask why its not in its a different storyand they make promises that it will be in the next thursday. I am really tired of these people.
