Pathetic toilet conditions

<p>This is not the first time that i have had to experience such conditions in your bus toilet. The worst part of it all is being a female and experiencing this kind of thing. With hours between stops how are we supposed to manage using this toilet. I mean really. This needs to be looked into it's pathetic honestly and I've been a customer for years and never have I had to deal with such but in the last year and this year the service is going down the drain. </p>
