Pathetic Service, no regard for human life in bus without brakes!!!

Intercape released a bus that had worn put brakes to travel from Mthatha to Pretoria on 02 Jan 2022. By God's grace, the bus was stopped and checked at a road block when entering Mthaha. A very arrogant supposed manager, at the Mthatha Station office pompously told us to wait for a bus to come from Durban to pick up this Mthatha Trip. This sorry excuse for a manager (Smith) lacks all things leadership, he exudes none and is extremely arrogant. He left us in that cold unsecured office until i gave up and asked to cancel the trip, his tone is totally unacceptable for a leader, but this did not end here, I called today, a week later, with no one ever calling me to follow up on my refund and complaint, today I spoke to an equally arrogant and rude Tamryn over the phone, who old me clearly that "we will get to your complaint when we can, we take each as it comes, what dont you understand about that?" I cannot begin to express how livid I am, poor pathetic staff and service from Intercape. I want to lay a formal complaint on both Smith the manager at the Mthatha office and this Tamryn person who took my call today. A week has gone by and I am still as inconvenienced as I was that Sunday evening. I want my money back and compensation. I will be forwarding the same to the Travel Ombud, and all newspapers in the country, we will petition for Intercape to leave Mthatha, your service is beyond discgusting. How can you release a worn-out bus to transport people??? You c have absolutely no regard for human life!
