PATHETIC SERVICE FROM INTERCAPE BUS SERVICES

Good day,

The Inter Cape bus was suppose to board @ 08:05 from Leeugamka to Bellville. I've contacted 4 times, spoke to Tarryn, Tamara & then I gave up, as the driver was just standing @ Beaufort-west for more than 3hours. I did not get an sms nothing, that the bus was in an accident or broke down NOTHING! This is totally unacceptable! I've waited for the bus from 7 am until 11am, 3 F^%$ HOURS!

I had to attend a funeral @ 3 & will not make it, because of this *********** service!

Intercape WILL contact me & give me a very very good explanation & apology, as i WILL take this further. I had to pay R495 for this *** service received! Had to stand in the sun for 3hours & have to waste airtime to phone your offices & waiting for them to track the driver!

I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND INTER CAPE to ANYONE!
