Pathetic service

Poor poor service I forgot my small bag with toiletries in the bus I called with 5 minutes after getting off the consultant was not willing to help..I also spoke to sisonke who dropped the call they only value when u call to book but when you have enquiry its none of their business..I was willing to drive to where the bus was cz I Kew it was not far..intercape just prove to me the only time they have time for u is when u book the ticket after that you are on ur own
