Pathetic service

Last night was traveling from PE to CT and got into an accident in Mosel bay. We were taken to a hospital to be looked at, my brother's lip was cuy open and there were 6 deaths. Anyway, the management or representatives of Williams Coaches/intercape came and bought people KFC. Tell me how was my brother supposed to eat? Anyway we decided to go back to PE instead of continuing with the trip, i tell you that we were left in Mosel bay alone by the reps to wait fot a bus. No empathy. No care. No compensation. Nothing. Pathetic!!
