Pathetic service charged big amount

<p>On Thursday 29th June 1730h00 I travelled from johannesburg to east london I booked with intercape. Their service is pathetic guys I an shock to experience that.</p> <p>1. They never tell us when I booked that they have changed their route which is via pietermaritzburg not bloemfontein anymore. I had to sit in for 16 hours to get to east london. </p> <p>2. The bus was dirty .</p> <p>3. The seats are so hard I bet their managers or supervisors or any 1 or even their staff can't sit there.</p> <p>On there advertising they boosting about USB port to charge etc nothing like that it's a lie.</p> <p>4. There was not even a bag for emergency vomiting etc.</p> <p>I paid 480 to get to east london for 16 hours .</p> <p>I will never ever recommend any 1 don't travel their services it's pathetic. </p> <p>Thanks </p>
