Pathetic service

Pathetic service from intercape(jhb-Nc 081021,scheduled for foe 18h00 left 18h30). Noisy diff from the bus, no saniters in the toilet, overload, late departure, no announcements wrt to locations, smelly toilet no fumigation, sear not charging,no tv. Poor service. I will never use this ....
