Pathetic service and unhygienic toilet

If voice notes were an option i'd make one screaming just to express my frustration! We've been on this bus for 5 hours now, it hasn't stopped once, and allowed us refresh and use the rest rooms at the atopa as the one on the bus is unhygienic and has a putrate smell that leaves one nauseated. Myself and other passengers have requested the drivers to stop atleast 10min just so we could atleast go out to use the toilets but they refused but they went out and bought themselves water and food but we not allowed. I Have called in to customer service to complain but obviously they're to *********** to assist. There are kids on this bus and if adults are unable to use the toilets due to hygiene scare then how are kids expected to use it? Intercape is a pathetic transporter.
