Pathetic service and high risk bus

I booked a bus to Mthatha via PE paid R1100, the bus was meant to depart from Cape Town at 18:30pm however the bus departed at 20:00pm no apology nor explanation of why it delayed. As is that was not enough we stopped in the middle of nowhere for another 20 minutes no explanation. We got to Somerset again stood there for another 30 in fact we are still in Somerset, the explanation given by the driver after being asked by a passenger is that there another bus that they are in the same trip with which got a breakdown or whatever fault. Instead of going back to get a working good condition we have to suffer because of greedy bus company which take books without considering the condition of busses that go to provinces and not even get checked then again they are booked for next trip. Imagine having to arrive in Mthatha after 7pm where will one get transport to where they going. This is bus 711 23 December 2023.... Pathetic pathetic service it's evident that Intercape is managed by ***********, unprofessional money mongers
