Pathetic intercape

Booked a return ticket from pta to welkom. On Friday the bus was scheduled to arrive in welkom at 23:00, it arrived after midnight. No communication is being delivered to us. When I got off I asked one of the drivers about the delay he says they were trying a new route which was not communicated to us. Today the bus arrived 37 minutes late, still no communication. 2 coaches arrived before the one I booked and when I enquired with the staff they were very rude and uncooperative. They service is beyond pathetic
