Pathetic Intercape

<p>My us from Port Elizabeth was supposed to leave for Mthatha at 06h45. The bus was delayed and arrived at 10h47. No SMS'S were sent. We arrived at 06h15 as per instruction and no one apologised for the inconvenience. When the bus arrived at 10h47 nearly 4hours late it was too full to take all of us and we had to wait for another hour for another bus to be sent. 5min outside of Grahamstown the bus broke down and we were told to disembark and wait outside in the middle of nowhere! </p>
