Pathetic filthy bus

I travelled with the mainliner frol. Paarl to kimberley yesterday evening it departed at 19:50 from oaarl bus 912. The bus is infestated with ****roaches.... We told the driver who just laughed as he stepped on them... Then to crown it all off one of our suitcases were damaged. How cam you guys render such terrible service its not fair that we pay and receive such horrible service from you. The plugs weren't even working to charge our phones. It was terrible my kids were traumatized by the ****roaches walking over their feet. I cant believe i paid foor this and the driver thinks this is a joke. No man really horrible i dnt think i will book my tickets back home with you guys or even use youe services again
