Pathetic Customer Service

The most awful service received from both the driver and management from the control centre when our bus was attacked on Monday 23 April 2018, en route to Cape Town from Port Elizabeth during the bus strike. Though they were the only bus operational during that period, one would expect them to have additional security measures in place for both their staff(drivers) and most the 60 odd passengers travelling in their coaches. It was a traumatic experience to say the least and to be instructed by management to stop at the point of attack was very surprising, not sure if they didn't care about what would happen to us. Its clear the company has no policies or safety guides to follow in times on such events. We were delayed by over 4 hours. I consequently missed a job opportunity due to the incompetence of their staff both in the control room(which is very much surprizing) and the drivers respectively. For all that inconvenience they go and offer a R20 voucher, over a month after the incident, like seriously? I am not sure whether to say thank you or actually tell you to shove your voucher. Almost 2 months after the occurrence of the incident we are offered R20. I am sure you are aware that the offered value is just about enough to move from Cape Town CBD to Khayelitsha, are you actually being serious offering that as a travel discount? I mean you can even get a street wise one from KFC with that amount. It clear that is how much you appreciate your customers and that is the value of their customer service. As a company that has been around for decades, one would expect you to be customer orientated, customer centric, to say the least.
