pathetic busses intercape

I am sitting in a bus from Johannesburg to Durban (9pm) time 10.15 pm......what ****m ******* service this company is ....the bus vibrating like crazy .....I what apped their customer care to share this now says must lodge a complaint tomorrow..I a have a spinal fusion and broken leg ...cant fly but must be put through this **** ....u **** fat cats check your freaking crumbling buses don't expose us to ur ****
