pathetic beyond belief

Very pathetic!!! They first come with story of "due to low demand my ticket has been cancelled Than they other me a ticket to Bloemfontein to Durban but I have to wait 36 hours for the bus to Durban What the **** do I do for 36 hours?! And when I want a refund they ignore me First and last time I ever use these scheisters!
