PATHETIC!!!

We are stuck on the road now for 5 hours and counting with no feedback. We were supposed to be in Jhb by 13 20 pm if bus gets fixed by say 9 am we will only reach around 6 pm. This is ridiculous. There's a toilet on the bus which was blocked from boarding so we can't even use the toilet. This is a basic human right. If the buses are checked and maintained before each trip we would not have this problem. We paid extra for the luxury bus little did it help us. All the passengers should be refunded in full for this pathetic service
