Passenger left stranded at the Mozambican/South African border

The worse transport company I have encountered, they keep making mistakes, no customer service, if passengers are in trouble at borders they don't try to help and leave passengers behind and stranded without caring. Their busses get stuck because are not serviced before each trip.
