Over loading and pathetic customer service

I had booked a ticket from PMB to Midrand. Due to the bus being over loaded my partner was forced to sit in a steel box for the trip. I booked this ticket in advance and i paid for a seat. I would like to see the CEO of Intercape sit in a steel box for the next 7 hours. I want my money back i want my partner in a seat immediately. I have pictures of this and i will publish it in every news paper possible. This is not acceptable, I did not pay for a steel box to sit in.
