Over Charged

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!

I had to pay R172 for a bus departing an hour earlier than my original ticket, on the same day mind you.

To top it off, the bus that was meant to leave at 5pm, departed at 5:20 meaning I paid R172 for a bus leaving 10mins before my actual ticket.

Support telephone Staff was also very unfriendly, had a problem with my app so I could not pay the R172 and they had no solution or assistance besides telling me that my ticket would be forfeited if I don't pay.

I AM EXTREMELY NOT HAPPY!!!
