Our assigned seats were taking by other passengers
Good day,

Intercapes service with bus 200 from JHB to Bulawayo on 19 December 2015 is unacceptable. Assigned seats are taking up by other people and some seats are taken up with luggage. Their ticket prices are far more expensive than most bus services and consequently one expects to actually receive the services promised. After arguing with the service staff and with passengers my wife and I have our assigned seats, but my mother in laws seat has someone else's luggage and she does not have her seat. Her seat looks like the photo attached. Where is she supposed to sit?

Furthermore, the toilet is already dirty, other people are arguing about their seats. The service staff are rude (especially Richard Maziya), blaming the passengers and indicate that seats are assigned across two buses. Across two buses - how does that work? They are splitting passengers who are traveling together.

Intercape is allegedly ethical and professional. They are a joke and I demand a response to this complaint that somehow rectifies the pathetic service received so far. I still cannot believe I paid almost R3447 for these tickets.

Regards,

Denver Grigg
