opportunities missed due to unprofessionalism

They definitely dont deserve a star. I recently booked an overpriced bus ticket with Intercape from Upingrown to Cape Town as I had a opportunity and interview of a lifetime. I had to be in Cape Town at 10am the following day. My arrival time was scheduled for 8:30 Bellville depot.

Due to the bus being delayed for 5 hours, which I was not made aware of as I booked online. Imagine my frustration, having left my berieved family to get on to a bus that is not there. For 5 hours I was stranded in the dead cold of the Kalahari winters night complimented with 4 hours of loadshedding. The bus was filthy and smelling like a unhygeniec, unusable toilet. The drivers was unapollogetically rude.

I missed my 10am appointment in Cape Town and feel that the Intercape should be held liable for their sheer unprofessionalism & "the CUSTOMER COMES LAST ATTITUDE". The tickets is a ******* and service not up to standard.

I am ensuring that no 1 I know ever uses this dreadful service as they forgot that their serving a brand.
