Online booking date change

I am very disappointed with their online booking and how they handled my query at their Bellville offices. I booked online for a 24th after I tried to check out for 3 tickets the system gave me error and took me back to card registration page after I did and got the ticket I noticed the the date was wrong and went to change it the following day that's when they told me I have to pay and extra R700 to correct / to cancel the ticket. All they had to say is " don't book online again". Daily light ******* and non disclosure of the penalty fee on their website nor any track of record of my booking. I'm very upset will never book intercape bus again.
