I want to thank the stuff at intercape customer services...i had my bus booked on an app and it was delayed by 2hrs of which was communicated on time and as it was my 1st time using the service i needed an updates every hour of my bus whereabouts and the stuff were very helpful could track the bus snd tel me how far it was and how long it will take to get to were i was...i jst didnt take the names of them those who assisted me but big up to them n thanx alot...
