I do not have any problem with the busses, but the Office at Durban Station. Family members were waiting for the bus in the Intercape Office and the police offices were checking ID documents they go directly to a male friend of ours and tell him his ID number is wrong,takes him out minutes before the bus should leave and tells him he needs to give them a R500 then he can go. They only let him leave when he told them that him brother is a lawyer. How do we trust the people that is suppose to protect us.
