What Happened to the SMS’s that you used to send when the Bus is delayed? The 15h00 bus from Mthatha to Cape Town delayed for about an hour, but there was no Communication whatsoever. Lost my Body pass ticket but buss operators assisted me with no problem big up to them…and they ALWAYS cover arrival time irrespective… Please COMMUNICATE.
