Not recommended to any person to travel with intercape

Can't describe how discussed am I with intercape , they let an mother child and a father sit in the cold and wait for an bus thats not even going to show. From 4am to 7am no one can assist them as there is no service or such.

About at 8am they where helped just to get an taxi to get to an hotel again to make other arrangements to go home. The service where very poor and do not recommended intercape to anyone .

I have used there service once and havent expected there service to go lower than what it where , its one bus company I will not use in my life time again i rater pay R400 more and get great service then to be treated like an dog.
