Not mpressed Intercape

We booked 2 tickets ladt night via the Intercape website for Saturday night CT - Uitenhage, bus supposed to be a Big Sky bus. Yet today we got a sms stating bus was changed to a Budgetliner and will depart an hr later (no reasons given) sms said phone for more info. Which we did, lady just read sms we received to us. When I said yes thats why we are phoning to get explanation/more info. She told me to hold on. Came back few minutes later saying, that route was cancelles - still no reason given. When i asked if we will be compensated for the inconvience of leaving an hour later therefore arrving an hour later her answer was no tickets are paid for already. If we don't want that bus we can leave Friday night or Saturday morning. Really not impressed with the service we are getting. Why have busses sceduled on site on Wednesday and then just removes it on a Thursday with no reason given.
