Not flexible at all!

Not flexible at all!!! You cannot change a ticket to the following station, even if the bus is still gonna stop there anyways!! You have to pay 25% transfer fee!! Why?!! Do you have to nickle and dime your customers like that??!!!

I paid full amount for 2 tickets (1 adult and 1 for a child), and I called way before the departure time today to ask to board at the next town instead. They asked me to pay 25% transfer fee!! So what happens in a case of emergency?? Cancellations I understand but transfer!!!... I'm not happy with Intercape! and the other thing is that they have a 15% discount for kids on flexi tickets and 5% for students but you can't add those discounts from the payment page!!! I'm also having troubles registering for Intercape loyalty. C'mon intercape!! I'd expect this from Eagle liner (no offense) not you guys.
