NOT EVEN A STAR RATING IS WORTH RATING MY EXPERIENCE

<p>Yesterday I took a bus from Durban at 11 am to arrive in Johannesburg at 6.10pm. Halfway through the trip at Montrose the bus had a fault. We waited 4 hours for a mechanic yo fix it which meant we'd already waited 4 hours. We still sat and there was no alternative made for us. We waited till 10pm and only then did we get a bus. I arrived in Johannesburg at 1.30. Park station was closed. I had plenty of luggage and there was nobody to assist at that time as it was closed. I had to carry my luggage all the way to the top entrance for my transport to get it. Mind you I have work the very same day. I got home at 2.45 still had to get up at 6 for work. What a total disservice. Everyone I know will never use Intercape. I thought so highly of this brand, now I won't ride any bus at all. I'm still very angry.</p>
