NOT AS GOOD AS THEY CLAIM

Good day<br> <br> <br> We are regular passengers on Intercape, and have always been very satisfied with Intercape. Unfortunately our last trip we undertook from Cape Town to Johannesburg was the most uncomfortable and in actual fact horrifying experience ever.<br> Firstly, we paid full price R750.00 per ticket (which is exactly the same as the Sleepliner price which left the same time en route to JHB) Instead we were placed on the normal Citiliner bus. Now we can not understand how such long trips could be done on a Citiliner where there is no leg space at all.<br> <br> <br> Secondly, 4 hours into the trip, the toilet broke and a note was placed on the door which merely stated \Out of Order". I understand that this is obviously beyond anybody's control BUT"
