Non Working Charging Ports

I really disappointed with your buses l traveld to Zimbabwe on the 26th and returned on the 12th respectively. The only reason l traveld using your bus was the promise to be able to Charge my devise during the Journey.

l lost business as l was unable to recharge my Smart Phone due to Malfunctioning of your charging ports .

Very disappointed Customer

This is unacceptable considering that you seem to uphold high standards and promise Customers what you don't deliver .

This is not value for money .Customer should come first.
