Non collection of passenger

On the 17th of December I dropped my employee at the Mountain Mill Mall to catch his bus to Pietermaritzburg, he called me at 8.30 pm to say that 2 buses had driven past, but none had driven into the mall parking lot. I then called the information number and they told me (after speaking to their \tracking department") the bus had been there at 19.37 and had tried to call the passenger and that they had even driven in to the old collection point at the Shell Ultra City on the N1 to look for him. This is when the alarm bell started ringing - you cannot drive into the old garage - it has been fenced and barracaded off!!!!!!
