Noisy Sardine Can

My trip to JHB was ok with the Intercape mainliner, but when I returned with my grandchildren we were crammed into a sardine can called a bus. The bus driver was rude and unhelpful. I was told that I was probably booked on the sleep liner going up, only to learn later that there are no sleep lines on the Dbn to JHB route. The toilet was so smelly the whole bus reeked of old urine. The bus took detours for reasons not disclosed to us. We arrived 1 hour late. I complained to the company. I received an email letting me know that they would give myself and my grandchildren some vouchers which forced me to use the bus to go back to JHB again. Even though I was assured by the call center that we would be booked on the double dekker mainliner, we landed on a single bus again. I will never use this bus service again.
