NO VALUE FOR MONEY! POOR SERVICE!!!!

If there was a zero star that is exactly what I was going to rate this intercape. The prices are just expensive for nothing. We have been delayed by this bus for more than 3 hours and we are still here waiting for the mechanic. How come they don't service their buses? Especially for long distance trip to avoid breakdown in the middle of the road. This is really unacceptable and very unprofessional. No value for money, paying a lot of money thinking that you will be comfortable and get a peace of mind, kanti no I've just paid for a lot of stress. I am so fed up, NO MORE INTERCAPE!
