No travel. No refund

I had booked and paid for a ticket to travel on the 26th of June 2024 from durban to hluhluwe, that route was canceled, which was highly inconvenient for me, no reason was given...be that as it may, I received a call on the 25th of June where I was promised a refund within 7 days, I'm still waiting until today to receive my money back.
