No social distancing no pre sanitizing no temp check no thank u

I must say I am beyond dumb found. My sister booked a ticket with intercape to go back to JHB from port elizabeth. We had asked (when making the booking) if some1 would sit next to her and we were told no they were going to only allow 1 person per 2 seats so the bus would be 50%(so we paid R850 for a BUS TICKET advertising the company had to increase the prices due to passengers being reduced)........ So we skip ahead to the day she needs to depart...... The thermometer stopped working so about 10 passengers got on the bus without having their temp checked and then there is some1 sitting next to my sister........ I went into the Offices to ask what was going and was informed that intercape is allowed 70% capacity on their busses. Now, please understand that I have delayed in sending this msg(this incident was on Wednesday) because I was so enraged i had to calm down so I could send this email without sweating like a crazy woman...... But allow me this, what the **** do u think u are doing during a Gawd damn pandemic!!! Please explain firstly how u allowed ppl to get on the bus without checking their temp, (OK I could even let that pay go.....) but to allow ppl to sit right next to each other is beyond irresponsible! I understand that this is all b just about money but then we were willing to pay R850 FOR A BUS TICKET and u dump a passenger next to my sister without checking their temp! I am so angry I honestly can't accept such callous behavior
