No service at all at intercape

I was told my bus is leaving at 08:20 its 2 hours later and m still standing here, we were told that the bus is an hour late , after that hour no one said anything. thier service is the worst , I will never recommend even an enemy to them . It is now 10:48 and the bus that i have booked still has not arrive
