NO SERVICE

<p>My mother 82 and helper was booked on a sleepliner bus 13.4.17 for 22H00, paid for seats booked, on booking and paying the custoner care said that was the last seats for the bus. Fully booked but there is a 2nd bus. Got sms tickets and bus is on route no problems, only for us to wait 90 minutes and more for the second bus, first bus was fully booked, but people with cheap tickets get the seats, get to destination on time...old lady must wait in rainy weather for almost 2hours.. This is not acceptable!!!</p>
